Hey peeps
I am on a cut at the minute trying to get my body fat down from around17-19% to around 12% for the summer. Currently weigh around 210lbs. What would happen if I ate just Protein e.g. fish, meat, eggs etc and green veg? Would I drop body fat quickly or should I just take 500 from my BMR which would be 2400 cals and cut that way?
