    What would happen??

    Hey peeps

    I am on a cut at the minute trying to get my body fat down from around17-19% to around 12% for the summer. Currently weigh around 210lbs. What would happen if I ate just Protein e.g. fish, meat, eggs etc and green veg? Would I drop body fat quickly or should I just take 500 from my BMR which would be 2400 cals and cut that way?

    Lopsided diets don't usually work. Your best bet is to get the proper amounts of all macros and target a calorie deficit.
