Im 15,5"8 and body fat is about 15/16%.i was told on another thread that me doin push ups,pull ups,sit ups,leg lifts,planks,curls and bench press and running 5 times a week wont help me achieve my goal of a six pack and bigger arms,so basically i am wondering if someone could be kind enough to take some time to write down a workout plan..i can go to the gym 4 times a week for an hour.i want to see some progress in a month but nothing crazy,maybe seeing my bicep getting bigger or seeing a four pack becoming clearer.
