    I am eating around 2800 - 3200 calories a day....
    What makes it so hard is I am only drinking water and milk, and eating whole foods.

    What blows my mind is when I eat crappy over the weekends like burgers, pizza, ect.. and then Monday I lost 2-3 lbs.

    Hey how is everyone progressing? I posted up my weight in my latest training video - i'm up to 177lbs from 172 in about 5 weeks which is about where I want to be on roughly 3000 calories a week. My biggest tip so far is to always be prepared and to have food in the fridge/on you perdon so you're never caught short - any other tips?
