glad you're settled on it man. lifting to me is about personal goals. if you feel you need to do something then do it. not many of us are going to be pro's at anything, so use it to accomplish your goals. it's just important to know what those goals are and have plan.
+2 is stil solid on week 3 man, i wouldn't call it as no progress. rest of the work looked good

One man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life.

Hey guys just posting to say that i'm discontinuing this log as of now. Its been on my mind the last few weeks to do so. I think its a combination of not enough time in the day and the fact that ill be cutting for 6 months so lifts wont be going anywhere fast (not much to report) and with my first course exam coming up next month and then immediately starting another course logging has fallen to the bottom of the to do pile.
So in saying that id like to thank all of you for contributing and supporting me along the way, Kraut, Boom, Retoaded, Yari, DBO and jake. Your advice and support meant a lot to me along the way and I really appreciate it.
Im going to continue to cut into next march anyway and aim for 180lbs. If finished cutting at that point ill start eating good again and pave the way to hit some big number and may return to logging at that point depending on my circumstances.
Again thank you all again and I wish you all the best with your training and try not to get injuredOne man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life.

I try not to man as its truly depressing, its taking every bit of will power to finish at this point. Id be finished except for a break I took, think it was 4 months or so and then holidays came in the way as well as a few nights out here and there that led to bad decisions.
