How do you respond to "I *wish* I could eat like that"?
I run into this constantly, and it is unfortunately unavoidable since it's usually at work. When people talk to me about my weight loss and discuss what I eat, I almost always hear "I *wish* I could eat like that...I gain weight like it's nobody's business!" I try not to let it get to me, but after 6 months it gets old. I avoid it like the plague when I can, much like the women who complain about being flabby while they talk about hitting an elliptical for 60 minutes a day because "weights will make me 'bulky' so I stay away from that stuff".
Most of these people are in my office and say it as they pass when I'm eating lunch, snacking, etc. My lunches are a good 800+ calories with whole grain, usually a sweet potato, some sort of greens, and a protein (chicken, egg, lean beef or fish, etc.). 2-3 hours later I'm hungry again so I eat more. Sometimes I eat chocolate at my desk, and I usually don't pass on cake when it's someone's birthday...I just don't eat a massive piece and simply fit into my macros for the day, which always gets comments. I want to say "SCREW YOU, I DO WHAT I WANT!" 
I'm a pretty calm guy, but if there was ever a time I felt like hitting a person, it's these times. I hear it at LEAST once a day, usually from women...and no, I won't go eat in my car to avoid it, I shouldn't have to. Curious what some of you tell people who ask these sorts of questions, or if you just continue to repeat yourself with the same answer and get over it.

I usually respond with something like "Because I'm so much bigger than you". It's easy enough without explaining anything.

Moderately overweight: 4-6%
Average: 2-4%
Lean 1-2%
Very lean .5-1%
