not really.
In my area of MI, there's a lot of homeless people. You get emotionally desensitized to it once you realize most, if not all, homeless people are drug addicts looking to leach off other people. Saw a homeless guy with a sign saying "will work for food". Guy was smoking a cigarette simultaneously. perhaps he'd have shelter, like a tent, if he kicked the habit.

I would like to know as well. I am in Australia, about to be homeless with my children, and we have a dog. She is little and friendly. We are going into a tent so was hoping I can keep her with us but unsure about the law on dogs in public like that

They use these terrible habits to forget for 2 seconds about their problems and the fact that they have nothing to look forward to. The main affects of alcohol and other drugs is the way your brains stops working properly and most of the time you stop thinking about the bad things which are happing in your life. In my opinion these people have right to use these kind of terrible drugs as they have a reasons to abuse their bodies and it probably is the only thing which they look forward to in the day.

You are an idiot.. Have you never heard of free wi-fi spot, library computers or friends... The fact that they are homless doesn't always mean they don't own a laptop or a smartphone.
