Is this Shoulder workout spot on?

    Military Press
    Upright row
    Front raise
    Lateral raise
Bent over lateral raise (rear delts)
Seated reverse fly machine (rear delts)
    Shrugs

Is it too much or okay in terms of exercises covered or is it overkill? I usually do chest and tri on monday and back and bi on wednesday, with shoulders on friday and a leg workout on saturday

    thanks fellas

Depends on your ability to recover and the intensity you put out. I tend to do a lot of movements, but keep average volume per movement a lot lower (usually 1-3 sets).

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

Yeah I mean in terms of exercises if all bases are covered with the workout.

Yes, it might even be a little overkill.
