I've been wondering around these forums for a while now, and although I have created a few threads and posted a couple of pics here and there I have never properly documented my transformation. I therefore thought it was time to create a thread that I can keep all my progress in. Here is what I've done so far...
Nov 2010 - 138lbs
June 2011 - 145lbs - Limited knowledge meant progress was slow, however progress was visible.
Sept 2011 - 154lbs - Learnt about macros, started to adjust my diet and also added in creatine.
Dec 2011 - 158lbs - Christmas 2011 and I was very happy with the progress I had made I a little over a year.
