Looks like solid lean gains, good job!, how many calories are you eating a day?

Good job buddy. Did you find there was never a time you gained even a little bit of fat no matter how much you ate?
What did you notice more. strength gains or weight gains?

Cheers, 3200kcals, would probably go higher as I dont put on any fat.. but I just cant eat that much, getting there though.

Id say they were pretty similar, not too sure what my lifts were too start with as I worked out from home for the first 9 months.
