My keto diet !!¡¡
Just wondering if anybody has any thoughts on this for a keto diet.
Currently 12st roughly 15%bf
Meal1- 5 whole eggs + 2 slice bacon
Meal2- 50g cashews + 1/2 avacado
Meal3- 150g chicken, mixed veg, mayo
Meal4- tin sardines in sunflower oil
Meal5- steak,cheese,salad ceasar dressing
Meal6- pepperami + tbls pnut butter
Supplements - fish oil,multivitamin,gluatmine,creatine
