    Diet help

    I am 14, i think im around 13-15% bodyfat. I want my abs to show like before the end of this year.

    Around 5'7 and 120 pounds

    Care to suggest a diet for me?

    You should just bulk, but if you really wanna cut down, calorie deficit.

    I think i still have a bit of belly fat though. Will bulking remove that bellyfat?

    Sorry if my questions are stupid, ive only recently started to workout

    In my opinion, bulk up because abs+skinny doesn't look that good plus you probably don't even have the mass for good abs. I suggest to bulk till september so you have three months to cut what will be enough if you are then on say 17% BF.

    But if you really want to cut then create a calorie deficit of +-500kcal, eat enough protein/fat and do your workouts.

    Put some hard cardio in as well as good diet, bulking will add to overall bodyfat, but how much depends on how strict/calories you are consuming, if you really just want to get your abs visible, do some bodyweight circuits coupled with a good diet, such as 3-5 meals a day, with each meal having protein in as well as carbs just not high gi carbs, especially at night.

    bulk for 8-10 months, or even for 14 months (why do you want your abs to show when it will be winter anyway?) then cut for summer next year


    no bulking will not remove the bellyfat but you will gain a ton of muscle in preparation for when you do cut, you wont just be a skinny kid with abs you will have a ton of muscle too. Abs on a skinny kid are like big tits on a fat chick
