Im 15,5"8 and my body fat is about 15% or so(can see 2/4 pack when tensing).i only started a week ago and am hoping for some advice..my target is to get some sort of six pack,bigger arms and a bigger chest.every day i will do some form of running for at least 20 mins (high intensity) and i do push ups, pull ups,leg lifts,sit ups,curls,plank and bench press if i find someone to spot.i eat quite healthily and dont drink.i know i wont get a six pack in four weeks but how much improvement should i see in 4 weeks? To get a six pack, you need to lose weight.
To effectively gain muscle, you need to gain weight.

let me get this straight, you have three ab workouts in your routine, but no deadlifts or squats in there? Why is that? Are you trying to get as little gains as possible?
bench without a spotter the roll of shame isnt even bad
improvement is measured in months or years not weeks OP if u think ur going to reach your goals in 4 weeks, or even anything noticeable besides the numbers on the scale and on your lifts you are wrong
edit: listen to the guy below me too. Google online calorie calculator and eat at like 300 cals over maitenance atleast

I hope not to disappoint you but i think your goals will take something like a year. Something like 9 months bulking and 3 months cutting in combination with training your whole body (legs/back!!) and watching your diet. By then you will see good improvements in your arm/chest sizes and have a sixpack. It's not as easy as you think!
