How do you workout 1 muscle group?

example, chest/back/shoulder - how many times a week should i work on them? (if i do heavy workouts)

and i have 2 months to build my body, is it possible to grow without taking in supplements? because i dont want to spend too much money on pills lol.

Agreed, two months will do nothing. Don't believe those internet ads that promise to make you jacked in one month by working out 30 minutes each day.

As for the split, I would recommend the All-Pro's simple beginner's routine. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843
Simple, but highly effective. Only modification i'd suggest, is adding some dips or close grip benching, since flat benching and overhead pressing may not be enough to stimulate growth in your triceps
    I'm a little manlet
    Short and stout
    Here are my biceps
    Here are my lats
When I get all pumped up
    Hear me shout
Pick up the weight and lock it out

Just a beginner right now. Anything I say probably won't be reliable

You can't build a body in 2 months, unless you are aiming for a skinny physique. Aim for something like a year of good nutrition and hard training for a good result.

Supplements are not necessary at all, all you need is enough fats/protein/calories and a good training routine.
