help be get back on track
i've lost a **** ton of strength after i took like a month off from lifting. how long does it take to get back where i left off? i'm trying to eat as much as i can, but i feel like there's something im doing wrong. maybe i should get a proper routine and sleep more? i sleep currently like 8 hours every night, used to sleep like 10. what else can i do to get myself back there? i really miss it

I broke my hand in October and couldn't lift for a month, took me like a month and a half to get back where I was, it'll come a lot faster than you think it does, just keep lifting brah.
