Crazy Squat Gains
Hey guys I'm almost 16 and I am not sure if my squat gains are healthy. 4 months ago my 1rm was 310 and now it's gettin near 540. I supplement with creatine, whey protein, fish oil, and a generic multivitamin. Im just kind of worried if it's the same concept of losing or gaining weight to fast. Help me out please.

Your progress is mediocre, at best. You should be Squatting at least 7 plates by now. After all, you're almost 16.
Obviously, you've been taking the wrong multi.
