    preventing wrist injuries?

When I do wrist curls, palm up and palm down my wrists click and pop on like EVERY repetition even with the very lightest of weights.
Sometimes it feels more like a crunch, others more of a crack/click.
I've tried doing it with slightly different angles etc, but doesn't seem to help.
I dont want to cause an injury, so have a few questions:

Am I doing them wrongly/with bad form?
Will I damage them if I continue the exercise?

    Is it normal?
Does it happen to you to?

Hope you can help, and thanks very much
and i'll give reps to good helpful answers too!

Are you feeling pain? This summer I dealt with a lot of minor wrist injuries and a lot of it had to do with me not taking a long enough break. I ended up taking a good 3 weeks off from lifting and when I went back I was 100%.

Any exercise where you are flexing and extending your wrist under resistance can cause issues. It's not really a very ergonomic movement for the wrist joint.

Your forearms will get enough of a workout, doing deadlifts, rows, pullups, chinups, bicep curls, hammer curls, shrugs etc. There is no point in doing this isolation exercise for your forearms.

I'm not really in a lot of pain, only occasional pain, but not overly sore. Although there is a general discomfort when actually performing the forearm exercises. Even if I use a silly 5lb weight.
I've even tried stretching and improving wrist flexibility for about 2 months. Maybe i'll try the resting since it helped with yours.
