Im a newbie. Not really new to working out but havent done it in a few years. Im in need of some help. Im 225lbs. Dont know what kind of diet,suppliments, or routine to do. Im wanting to keep the pounds but gain muscle and cut. Willing to take any and all advice. Im just tired of being the unattractive fat guy.
