    Energy shots

So I'm using Advocare energy shots (My mom is a distributor of Advocare, I didn't have to pay anything to get the stuff) and today I checked the nutrition facts. I noticed that it has 2,337% of my daily vitamin B12 values. Is this safe? Does our body just dispose of most of it?

Also, this is my first post after lurking here for a while. Not sure if this is a good place to put this thread.

You should be completely fine. The most that can happen from having too much B12 is stuff like mild diarrhea, rashes, and maybe insomnia. Those usually only happen at amounts much higher than you are taking, though. Don't worry about it.

If your mom sells it, then she obviously knows all about the products and their effects in/on the body. Why not ask her?

Nothing wrong with a little excess B-12. It may turn your piss a little bright yellow, but it's fine to take. Agreeing with rhadam your mom should also be a good source to talk to about this.
