So I'm using Advocare energy shots (My mom is a distributor of Advocare, I didn't have to pay anything to get the stuff) and today I checked the nutrition facts. I noticed that it has 2,337% of my daily vitamin B12 values. Is this safe? Does our body just dispose of most of it?
Also, this is my first post after lurking here for a while. Not sure if this is a good place to put this thread.
