Currently taking Syntha-6, cookie dough flavor. Very bland taste and probably wouldn't recommend it. I am actually looking forward to trying Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey once I finish this tub.

I usually take Trutein or Giant Sports Protein.

Right now though I'm on a cut and prefer taking SFH Pure Whey. BB doesn't carry it, but essentially it's grass-fed whey so more micro-nutrient dense, tastes like crap though. I just try to maximize my micro-nutrient intake when on a cut wherever possible.
