I was very excited when i saw i received my samples and got to use them for today's workout. I also used 2 scoops because of my tolerance to pre-workout supplements.
I'm not a huge fan of regular fruit punch so its hard for me to judge this product on the taste, it was fairly comparable to most fruit punch juices though and it was not something i had to try and chug down quicky.
I used a water bottle that was about 1/2 full when mixing it and it still did not leave any clumps or anything at the bottom or on the sides.
The pump on this product was great, probably one of the best for pump that i have used/tried. I increased my 1MR by 10 pounds, and i was able to do 6 rep sets for my previous 1RM. The strength increase was very noticeable. I was not feeling low to none muscle fatigue throughout my whole workout and this allowed me to do true reps till failure.
I did not feel any fading of the pwo throughout my whole workout (about 1hr45mins). I did get to do a lot more of exercises and sets due to how less rest time i felt was needed.
Although i would not say that my focus is ever a problem when weight training, this product made me feel in the zone and concentrated a bit more than usual.
I'm not sure a serving size is considered 1 scoop or 2. But it is 30$ for 45 servings so if 1 scoops is a serving size i will give it an 8 still but if its 2 scoops i would give that a full 10/10. even if its 1 scoop it is still 22 servings and about $1.30 a serving which is still pretty good!
It was probably one of my best workouts in a while using this product. The ingredients are very clean and it is a very well put together supplement. I would for sure put this on my Top 3 of pre-workouts all around. I would recommend this product definitely to anyone and might even be picking it up for myself when my current pwo runs out.
Great job by Muscle Tech on this product.
