I started my cut on 1/13/12...I weighed 173 lbs
Its been 4 weeks today and I weigh 168 now...
Eating at 300-500 calories deficit...Never cheated during these 4 weeks
Lifts has stayed the same overall (back and shoulders got stronger)
Aiming to cut to visible 4-6 pack then bulk

What is your lifting routine like? Also do you know your actual lean body mass? You can't get a good maintenance without knowing that and since you asked people to guess your bf I doubt you know it. I'm in your place too where I have nearly 50lbs bf at my current weight and lift less than a year ago but I went and did a body pod and got my lean mass and then used Emma's macro guide and I lost 2.4lbs in one week and for now my lifts are still going up. You can lose quicker if know your actual maintenance, lift heavy 5-8reps, and eat below maintenance. You technically don't need cardio if you do those things. To give you a real example last week I went over my calories three times (stayed below maintenance) and only did cardio twice and still lost. If you are stricter then I am you will soar definitely, but this can't be a guessing game. I had to learn the hard way and now I'm paying for it. Having to cut and be super skinny then slow bulk meaning at least a year or two being skinny isn't great.

I think you look fine enough to start a clean bulk. Your gonna keep cutting and look sickly. Calculate you maintenance and stay at that and lift heavy and eat clean. Focus on compound lifts.

There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply am not there. - Patrick Bateman
