Chest: Incline barbell bench press (3 sets) /Dumbbell bench press(3 sets) /Cable Crossovers(3 sets) /Cable standing press( 3 sets) /Machine chest fly(2 sets)
Bicepumbbell curl (4sets)/ Barbell curl (3 sets)
Tricep: Machine tricep extensions(3 sets)/ Triceps cable pushdown(3 sets)
Shoulders/traps: Front plate raise (3 sets)/ Rear lat raise(3 sets)/ Shoulder press(3 sets)/ Cable shrug(2 sets)
Back: Dumbbell bent over row(3 sets)/ Cable seat low row(3 sets)/ Single arm pulldown (3 sets)/ T-bar bent over row(3 sets)
Haven't thought about legs yet. I know IM A NOOB. Just take it easy on me. Don't be too rude :0
