You have great shape and muscle bellies but to me you appear 12-16 weeks out. Why not pick another show and keep dieting dropping a couple lbs of weak while maintaining your impressive size until your lean enough to win? You have the muscle and proportion, just get leaner. Good luck.

I wasn't either. Even with all the edits in this post of yours to try and tone down your first very rude post. I didn't find it necessary at all to start off that way. The disrespecting applies to Pro's, trainers and those looking to turn pro. Seems like many others get it by the number of reports that came in.

Totally agree with this; sometimes things don't always go to plan but you have to have re access the situation and be realistic. It's easy to be stubborn and do the show no matter what you look like but you are stepping on stage with the best of the best in the amateur scene, and condition wins shows.....

I don't know whether or not Amateurs have to sign a contract/pay a fine if they decide to back up.
Personally, whether he is on point or not, i don't see why he should consider backing out. If loutfi is looking to be the best he can be, then I don't see why possibly failing would hurt him.
I would support anyone here who is looking to compete/posts pictures of their updates, whether i thought they were going to do well or not.
Committing and seeing that committment through is better for a person than pulling out because things didn't work out (in my opinion).
^^^there are obvious counters to this (married coouple with domestic violence, etc.), however this is just something i feel with regards to self-improvement
