wieght in this video 246.4lbs. Today i'm leaner, 240.68 on the scale this morning. aiming for around 230 on stage, just to give an idea. but i don't care about weight, i care about my shape.
bodyfat, i don't have a clue, i don't mesure it. i just use pics to evaluate my physic every week or every 4 days.

There is "no bull**** truth".. and then there is "degrading". If you were so concerned with "helping him " as you put it, you should have mentioned body parts to improve on or conditioning suggestions etc.

I tutor college students in biochemistry related stuff in my spare time and I would never tell them "you seem like an idiot. Hope that helps " Especially if they seem to be busting their butts on it.

You look 15 weeks out at best, you're fat, your abs dont even show in some shots (i'll take screens if you rebut that) and if I looked like you at 3 weeks out I'd dropout of the competition, let alone the ACA of of the most prestigious amateur qualifiers in the world. FYI I got repped a bunch of times for my post with comments like 'truth hurts', 'repped for truth' etc.
