I am using GNC amplified wheybolic extreme 60 and my friend takes isopure zero carb., but I am trying to cut some fat and gain muscle at the same time. Should I change to the isopure or am I fine with what I got.
Any other products I should look into??
Thanks~

The type of protein you use has nothing to do with weight manipulation on the whole. You're 16, if you want to lose weight, eat less and exercise more. Concentrate all your efforts on your diet and you shall be rewarded with weight loss. If you want to lose fat, concentrate on that; if you want to gain muscle, then concentrate on that. But trying to do both at the same time will drastically slow down your efforts on the whole, specialize in one and your productivity will increase.

Your overall diet and training will help achieve your goals. Simply adding in protein shake means nothing. Also, Id find out whats important to you and aim for that, its difficult to do both at the same time and requires alot of patience.
Check out this link, its important.
