I understand that nutrient timing normally doesn't matter, I just have a lot of success so far with 18 hour fasts and 6 hour eating window. It would be even more convenient for me to just have one massive meal towards the end of the night around 9pm or so, so I will make this change tomorrow.
Question is, if I usually work out around 11am, would it benefit me to have a scoop of whey or two after my workout? With or without carbs? Thanks.
