Gained like 15lb in first 6 months and 10lb in second 6 months. Also gained 5lb fat and 5lb water weight from creatine. So gained total 35lb, gone from 125lb to 160lb in the year.
I think the reason I was able to gain so much muscle was because I was so, so skinny and so lean when I began. I'm still skinny at 5ft 11, 160lb 10% BF.
How much did you gain? 25lb seems around the natty limit, haven't seen much more.

There are more variables in weight gain than just fat and water. Organs, blood, bones, muscle and skin all come in to play. Which is why no one can definitively say that what they've gained is "pure muscle" . You subtract your bodyfat, and what is left over is your lean body mass. That's about as close as you can get to determining how much muscle mass you've gained, and even then it isn't very accurate. Lean body mass is everything besides your fat.
-Only one thing in existence has the power to tell you that you can't. That thing is the mind. For it is the mind that manifests our reality, and nothing else.

From my 8th grade summer to the beginning of my freshman summer I went from 142-168. Bench press went from 155-230. Squat went from 255-380. I gained a total off 200 lbs combined bench and squat max. 26 lbs body weight. I did this naturally without any supplements. Only hard work in the weight room. I now am around 179-180 ad. Bench press 250 and I'm shooting to squat 405 within the next 2 weeks.

Not sure about pure muscle cus i grew a ton in my first year as well, but i went from about 110 to 150. Now 6 months later im 165.
Just over 2 pounds a month every month, and ive stayed very lean. If i can continue like this for 5 more months, i will be a lean 5''11' 178 pounds.
That sounds pretty good for the summer.Sig line can't be a novel
