I'm 19 years old and i'm 5'5 and about 143. I started lifting not that long ago but i went to mexico in the summer and all my gains went down hill and i just put on about 7 pounds of nothing. Came back and straight into school couldn't get my routine in and all that jazz. I've started lifting again and i'm not too sure in which way to go.
I don't have that much muscle mass but i do wanna lose the belly fat i got, on the other hand i was told its better for me to bulk up instead and it help eliminate it in the same manner.
I attached a picture so you guys can judge for yourself lol.
