body in starvation mode at 1500 cals?
lol bishes please.
Starvation mode. LOL BRB body is burning all my muscle instead of the fat it stored for events such as starvation
BRB protein companies will make you believe any old chit
BRB must eat 19 small meals a day or your biceps will consume your body (but not your fat)
BRB fat is always the last thing to burn that's why all african children are so obese
starvation mode
not even once.

No such thing as starvation mode but there is a thing called metabolic damage, check out dr. Layne Norton's video on youtube about it. Basically what it is from what i understand is that your body will adapt to just about anything even undereating to the point where your deficit becomes your maintence. Either that or your not tracking your **** properly. 1500 calories for a 176lb guy is kinda low.
