    Not losing weight!! How is that possible??

    Height: 180 cm
    Weight: 167 pounds

    Iv been eating 1500 calories for like 2 weeks, but my weight is constant and I cant see no change in my body! why is this?

    Like the guy above said you're body is in starvation mode and dosen't know when its going to get the nutrition it need's next. I would eat more kals but do cardio then and you will start to see a difference.

    but how can my body be in starvation mode when im eating every 2-3 hours?

    No such thing as starvation mode but there is a thing called metabolic damage, check out dr. Layne Norton's video on youtube about it. Basically what it is from what i understand is that your body will adapt to just about anything even undereating to the point where your deficit becomes your maintence. Either that or your not tracking your **** properly. 1500 calories for a 176lb guy is kinda low.
