    Supplement free pug here.

If you're diet isn't proving at least 120 grams of protein per day, then there's a huge problem with the food quantities and combinations that you're consuming.

I have fish oils, multi vitamin and a preworkout at home.

I have an emergency stack of whey if ever I mess up on macros one day, but that's about it.

And I also finished a stack of bcaas that I got for free, not buying that ever again.

But normally, my diet covers my macro and micro needs. Multi-v is just a back up.

Almost all my protein needs are through food, except hydrowhey after workout.

And I keep some gold standard whey for those times I'm short a meal or in a rush, but thats only every other week.
