I'm trying to lose fat would replacing one meal a day with an oatmeal protein shake hurt? If not, what are some good blends?

I've been reading that taking oatmeal and protein shakes (along with numerous other ingredients) is a good way to boost your calorie intake (which is what I want to do).

    This makes no sense

You say you're trying to lose fat, now you're trying to boost your caloric intake?

It wasn't me that said I want to lose fat - sure, I'd like to lose the bit I've got on my stomach, but my primary goal is muscle building. You're getting me mixed up with the OP.
