Hey Guys!
Been lifting srs for about 4 years now, and decided I want to do a competition this year. Competing is something i've wanted to do for a while now, and i've decided to make this year the year. The comp i'll be aiming for is in May. Ive been on the bb.com forums for little over a month now, and its been largely positive so far (ignoring my rep score that is).
I had been documenting my progress in another thread and across a few boards, but under recommendation from a few users, im making this thread to keep track of all my progress from here on out.
My competition is in 12 weeks and here is my latest conditioning.

Ok so week 5 progress update! Training will be training now. I follow a 6 day split hitting each muscle group twice. I superset the 2nd muscle group I train on each day. Example on Monday I train Legs and shoulders, so would train all of legs, then my shoulder workout would be supersets / drop sets or tri sets.
As of this week, training of the first muscle group will also be super setted.

Lot of people have noticed weight loss and ive been getting compliments, so things are going good. Im definitely feeling the effects of lower food and increased work load now with weights, and cardio. Starting to feel a lot more tired a lot more often.
