    having anxiety while taking EC?

    im on Week 1 - Day 4-7: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (5×8mg E pills per day or 40mg total)
    Dose 1 - 16mg E, 100mg C
    Dose 2 - 16mg E, 100mg C
    Dose 3 - 8mg E, 100mg C

    i always panic that that im going to get a heart attack and sometimes get scared in general. dont get me wrong though it works great in terms of what it is supposted to do. is this dosage dangerous? and how about the full dosage? in terms of danger? http://www.hotnfit.com/fat_loss/EC_dosages.html

    Same thing happened to me. Just get off of it bro. The benefits of ephedrine is highly overrated imo. Sure it suppresses your appetite like a monster, but studies show that it only speeds up fat loss by a third of a pound. I choose to keep my sanity than to stay on the stuff.

    Habitual caffeine drinkers typically have no issue. People that haven't used stimulants before can feel peculiar in the way you're describing.

    If you're that concerned, get off it, the stress it's causing you is not worth the small benefits. And at the dose you're taking, the benefits will be small indeed.

    When I took it I took 400 mg caffeine daily split into two doses and two primatene 12.5 mg ephedrine split into two doses. Each dose of caffeine and ephedrine was taken 6 hours apart.

    So id cut your total dosage down. And make sure you get plenty of potassium this helps regulate things heart wise. And im on anxiety meds (low dose).

    EC stack is stimulants, and activates your flight or flight system, which means increased stress/anxiety is definitely normal.

    The odds of adverse effects at your current dosage is slim.

    If youre panicking/nervous I suggest more slowly titrating your dosage upwards.

    Two doses of 12.5/100 (or 10/100 w.e) Should be more than sufficent to achieve your weight loss goals.

    Working your way up to 25/200 3x a day is definitely not necessary.

    In my personal opinon do two half doses (12.5 e + 100 c) then once that dulls down in effectiveness double it to 25/200 2x a day

    Try to build up to 25/200 3x a day asap is a stupid way to get excessive side effects for marginally more benefits
