all i ever wanted was abs, now i was missing mass, specially chest area,that pic was halloween 2 years later


then everything started to grow


my journey for a bigger chest continues


now i train my father and others to reach their goals, i have a youtube channel seeking motivation while giving it please rate my post so others can see it is obtainable hard work but satisfying results

my first year i dint kno what i was doing barely gained anyting my 3rd year i dint goto the gym after my motorcycle accident so basically 3 and some change.. i still cant hit legs as hard as i want because of that injury
