    Traps

I thought of this exercise for my traps. You get a a dip bar and instead of doing dips you raise and lower yourself with your traps. I've never seem anyone do this before, is that because it will probably end up destroying you shoulders.

I don't get it are you going to hang upside down on dips and lift yourself up by traps?

Doing that movement will work your serratus anterior. Seratus Ant works with scapular depression (along with other muscles) but this would work those more than your traps as far as I'm concerned.

Me three. The movement you described is actually decent for overall shoulder health... i wouldn't be surpised if it was mentioned in kelso's shrug book, but the average person would be better off doing scap pushups.
