I got measured at LA Fitness using a body fat handheld calculator and I am 5'11 152 lbs. I don't have abs but it did say I am 5-7 percent body fat and I am pretty active. Healthy diet and all. Trying to get a runners build. How far am I to achieving that goal?
Note: Sorry, but I don't want to shave my chest hair. Its just weird. Lol.

ummm no, he's not even close to 3%....really? i mean come on now....anyway I'd say you're probably anywhere between 10-15% in a rough estimate. I mean don't take this the wrong way but look at your third picture you can see around where the 7th and 8th "abs" would be for the eight pack and you can tell there's a layer of fat with a little roundage towards the belt line, not much but still you're closer to 10% is anything than you are to 5%. Not bad though.

I think you need more muscle... Your abs doesn't really show and muscle definition also doesn't indicate anything near 5-7% bf. But that's just opinion based on observation and seeing lots of other photos. I may be wrong.. maybe you simply have no muscle to show and the body fat is indeed low.
I quite frankly need muscles too and I will get some at some point...[Running on pizzas since 1978]

You guys could be wrong. Most guys I know on the body fat handheld get like 18-20 and I get way less then them unless they are fat but they're thin too. It could be possible that there are thin guys at 5-7 percent too without too much muscle right? I mean look at runners they aren't big either. I can actually squeeze through between the tredmills rails to get on them. That sounded dirty but you know what I mean.

There are two settings for the omron body felt handheld they use at the gym one is for Normal and the other is for Athlete. I just put Normal for more accurate results. The reviews on amazon.com claim they are really close and possibly better then calipers but I dont know. How close do I look to 7 percent?

That guy must be on roids or something. I am naturally thin, I don't take any supplements or plan on not to. If I really am 5 % then good for me. I could suck in my gut and you can see my heart pumping. He must be like 200 lbs, but keep in mind you I am 5'11 152. You can weigh less and still have the same body fat as those guys but I dunno if thats true or what. My goal is simple. Try to reach runners build. How far am I? I obviously am never going to look like him because I don't take juice.

Mate.
Once more, you are not anywhere near 5%.
And I don't think you understand how body fat % works.
If I am 13% BF, that means 13% of my body is fat, in my case around 24lbs of Fat on my body.
The more muscle you have the lower that % is gonna be, if I gain 40lbs of LBM, and keep the same fat amount in lbs, it will go down to 10%.
You have no muscle, and no definition.
This means you are carrying good amount of fat, and in proportionality to your low body weight probably a high % of it too.
Around 15% is a good guess, No less than 13% ever.

I'd say you are 15-16% bodyfat. You don't have visible abs, and appear to have some fat in your mid section. Although you don't appear to have much LBM, we'd still see a lot of visible definition at that bodyfat percentage. Those things can be fairly inaccurate. The fact that you are incredibly skinny isn't an indicator that you have no bodyfat, just that you're skinny. You're not ripped and skinny, just skinny. I'd suggest gaining some muscle and then cutting... then you can have the runners build you're shooting for. Likely means you'll need to work on your diet and workout routine.
