    Energy enchancer

No matter how much sleep I get (whether it be 6 hours or 10 hours) I feel like I never have enough energy throughout the day. I am always yawning and at any given point I feel like I could just fall asleep. Being only 22 years old I feel like I should have alot more energy. Is there any vitamin or supplement that could help me get the boost that I am looking for. I take a preowrkout before going to the gym but that only helps me through about 1/2 my workout then I find myself yawning again.

I have a similar experience but I blame transient hypoglycemia. I.e.: when I eat carbs (even slow carbs), and it goes in my intestines after an hour or so, insulin levels spike and then I feel very light headed.

This is at the very least true for me and may not apply to you unless you share the same lifestyle. I eat after I wake up at around 8am which includes pork and turkey saussages, oatmeal and pancakes, and fruit. So I pretty much have some protein intake there, but the carbs are like a huge fraction of my macro requirement for the day. After about two hours I feel light headed and yawn a lot like in your experience. I can also take a nap too since my body feels like dosing off. Then I workout at around 12 noon with a moderate stimmed preworkout and, although the caffeine in my preworkout does not 'wake me up', after a run in the treadmill I start feeling pumped.

I have been using ErgoGenix NMT along with my PWO and once more later in day and it has helped me with energy levels and focus as well.

    ^^ This

Also; depending on your carbohydrate intake you might be experiencing a drop in blood sugar (this is due to high insulin sensitivity) - drinking a gatorade or something of the like while you're lifting can help this quite a bit

It definitely sounds like it could be test levels or maybe a defiency somewhere else (a blood panel would be able to show this).

I would see your doctor. Honestly.
