Hey names Tennon and I just finish reading the body by design book. This book motivated me to want to get bigger and get in shape!
I been working out in the gym on and off and wasn't following any program and I think i was overtraining. I want to change that!
My whole life I been call skinny and I'm taking this step to change that. Right now mainly my arms are the only thing that is big( in my opinion lol) My main concern is sticking with the program in the book and having good form! I can't tell if I'm doing it wrong and have a bad form. Any tips on getting this fix and staying motivated? It would be much appreciated
