    6 Day Workout

I have a job that is a 6 Day rotation, working 4 days then off 2. Most workouts I have found utilize all 7 seven days. Although I'm sure that is ideal, my best motivation is after work since I am already out and about. So I'm posing the question about a workout that has me going to the gym for 4 straight days and resting the days I am off work. My first thought was Days 1 and 3 upper body, Days 2 and 4 lower body with a little cardio everyday, but I am a beginner and admit I know quite little. Any help, any advise will be greatly appreciated.
