ZMA vs Centrum Energy multivitamin

Centrum has all the vitamins+All minerals, the energy specialist multi also includes ginseng for added energy. ZMA is known to increase test and promote deep sleep. If u could only pick one which would u choose?

I personally would take the Centrum multivitamin and any multivitamin before choosing ZMA.

Well i'd certainly not pick Centrum for a multi vit if given the choice. Last i checked they use poor forms of vitamins which is basically throwing your money away. The benefits of ZMA are highly underrated. I stopped taking a multi vit months ago and probably won't go back anytime soon. I do however use ZMA 4-5 nights a week, it's a staple for me now.

Edit: didn't address part of your ZMA question. ZMA makes for a great sleep aid, but to raise test you will need to be deficient in zinc.

ZMA isn't going to increase testosterone unless you are correcting deficiencies.

They list all the forms used in the ingredients. They use very inexpensive, lesser quality forms.

Ok, I have to check that. BTW, I'm using Centrum Complete A to Z, and I find it much better than Opti-Men which gives yellow urine and allergy reactions due to the raw oyster in there.

Did you bother to look up what forms of vitamins are needed? That should answer your question right there.
