    Noxitropin PM, Celexa, Sonata

    Hi ,

I have had insomnia troubles for years. I have taken Sonata for a year now ( usually around 3 A.M.) and it usually works very well. I went to the sleep specialist again in an attempt to get off the drug, and he prescribed Celexa, an antidepressant. I started the drug on Monday and haven't slept more than 1 hour per night since. I find the drug to be horrible. I hated the feeling being on it. I would like to try the combination of Slow Mag and vitamin B6 again, because it has worked well in the past. I am also curious about Noxitropin PM. Has anyone else experienced negative effects of Celexa? What about your experiences with Sonata, or Noxitropin, or the magnesium/ B6 combo? Any experiences or suggestions you've had that you post will be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to be on Sonata the rest of my life, and the insomnia always throws a wrench into my workout progress. Thanks.

I have been suffering from insomnia since a very young age. From time to time I have to go on ****** CR for a few weeks to get me in a pattern.

Outside of that I take a drug caled Trazadone which works well and doesnt have any sides. I stack that with 3 gr Melatonin, Magneisum and Zinc. I found addind B6 to this stack causes me to awake from weird dreams.

I would stay from SSRI'S at all cost. Im not sure if Celexa is one, but if it is I would reconsider.

Hey, I know how tough it is to sleep. I too tried everything Rx and OTC. Nothing worked and I'm not into prescription (anymore). I tried Noxitropin with a free sample when I ordered Noxipro (which btw is the BEST pre workout dring ever! Both from CTD Lbs) and it worked amazingly. Slept 8 hours without waking and woke up feeling great. I just ordered a tub from advantagesupplements. I included a quote from a trainers blog on noxitropin.
    --------------------------
"In the past, I’ve talked a lot of supplements that naturally enhance sleep, but I’ve never come across any as Noxitropin by CTD Labs. It is marketed as a “revolutionary sleep aid that supports fat metabolism and HGH levels.” How? Simply, when we get into deep sleep, that is the part of the sleep cycle where growth hormone is produced. Higher growth hormone levels drastically increase fat metabolism. Tip: NEVER discount stress and lack of sleep when talking about burning fat – it isn’t always diet and training – cortisol (stress hormone) plays a drastic role in fat metabolization. Much of my fat burning strategy is based on the natural manipulation (via training, recovery and nutrition) of several hormones, including cortisol, hgh (through improved sleep), insulin, testosterone, Leptin, etc. Improved sleep is where it all starts.
I often train clients until very late in the evening, and sometimes, I find difficulty in winding down. I’m not big on meds: even sick, I rarely take anything that induces sleep (Tylenol PM, NyQuil, etc), so sometimes, it’s hard for me to relax. Dosage is simple: it’s a rather tasty drink that is consumed roughly 30 minutes before bed. Noxitropin has several natural ingredients that not only improve relaxation (GABA, Tyrosine, macuna pruries extract), but also further induce the deep sleep cycles (4-amino-3phenylbutric acid) , help you stay in a deeper sleep longer, while increasing gh production (arginine).

I’m a natural skeptic and I view 99.9% of supplements out there as garbage, but I was absolutely hooked on Noxitropin after the first use, as I woke up feeling completely refreshed and ready to take on my day. I only woke up once in the night (to use the restroom) and was able to quickly get back to sleep, sleeping until my alarm went off to get ready for work at 5:15am. I immediately awoke, feeling as if I had slept perfectly – for someone who is not a great sleeper (hey, I’m honest about it), it’s hard to explain. I just felt like I would think someone should feel after a goodnight sleep
    -------------------------------

It's very true what this guy wrote.
    Hope this helps.

Love Noxitropin... I'm not an avid bodybuilder by any stretch of the imagination but I do go to the gym. Anyway, I'm 41 and have recently been looking for HGH supplements and non prescription sleep aids when I ran across NOXITROPIN and after some research decided to order it. I'm halfway throug my first container (40 servings) and so far everything I have read has been spot on. After the first week my mood seemed to improve and become much more even. It's hard to describe but I'll do my best. I use to get upset over little things whereas now I have this nonchalant, laid back, don't sweat the small stuff attitude and I seem to have become a little more outgoing in social situations. As far as sleep is concerned the only complaint I have is a slight "hangover" effect that lasts at the most 1 hr. I do drink redbull and/or coffee when I get up though. I'm not sure how long the "hangover" would last if I didn't. I read a review where the guy talked about dreaming in HD and I have to say that is very true. I can tell you in great detail the last 5 nights of dreams I have had. Last night I dreamed about vegatation growing at a fast pace, the detail was amazing and believe it or not there was music playing. It was like I was tripping on LSD. The only negative reviews I have read talked about cycling off but I haven't got to that point so I can't attest to any of that. Apparently your mood dramatically drops until you cycle back on. I'm hoping that is not the case. Well, that is my experience with Noxitropin. I hope it helps.
