WF = clean ?

what do people mean when they say that white flood is a "clean" pwo. and why do LOTS of people prefer WF over other products. lets say WF white flood and c4 for example ...i know WF is better cuz i tried a sample of.both and c4 was useless. but why :0? .

When they say clean they usually refer to a clean energy. Not loaded with stims like caffeine and such, its just a clean flow of energy and not jittery.

I wouldn't say little, more like "moderate." To quote Powercage, I believe it has "about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee." So anywhere in the range of 100-150mg per scoop.

cleaner ingredients, not necessarily less stims, but the energy is coming from different things other then a bunch of caffeine. Although the recommended dosage is a bit weaker to me at least

Calling a supplement "clean" isn't really the right wording. To reiterate what others have said, it's a moderate stimmed product that provides you with energy that isn't over powering.

It's energy comes more from the citrulline malate and beta alanine and not just caffeine hype. There are a lot of other products that offer the same type of energy but they are priced way way more than White Flood.

People say clean when they are trying to describe that it doesnt generally cause jitters or a crash. Just smooth energy.

White flood is a great product... Of course I use BSN products but I've been thinking about running a tub of white flood for throwback feel... Used to use it on one of my deployments. Loved it!

I think they mean that compared to most big elaborate blends, theres truly not a lot to WF.

These guys are all wrong, they call it "clean" because it's so powerful you can use it to clean up industrial sized messes. You should see how well it removes oil from concrete!

Can you imagine if Frodo and Sam had White Flood at their disposal? You think they would have reached Mt. Doom more quickly? I bet they would've used it until they got to Rivendell and then Elrond would've been like, "Foolish halflings, here is some Craze!"
