Arms today
did 6 nitrix 35 mins pre
CG bench with fat grips and 20lb chains-245(6)255(5) each by 3 sets
Fat Grip decline Dumbell extension 3 sets of 10
Incline Barbell Skull crusher-80lbs tight form 3 sets of 12
Overhead dumbell extension 85(8) by 3 sets
Then did Biceps
Incline Dumbell curls-40(10) by 4 sets
Reverse Fat Gripp Barbell curls -4 sets of 9
Cable Preacher curls-3 sets of 15
21's with 55lbs barbell, super slow and controlled with fat grippz
OVerall great pump good workout, So no complaints todayTrying to improve day in and day out.

hit some legs today
same dosing protocal
Banded Leg press (double orange elite FTS bands) and 6 plates for 3 sets of 8
Then 2 sets just one orange band sets of 10
then 8 plates per side no bands for 2 sets of 10
Front squats-275,315,345(2) 315(3) trying to hit these heavy as I am doing a Powerlifting meet april 20th or most likely doing one
Stiff leg deads-185,235,275,255,(8)
Seated Leg curls with added resistance from partner
Standing leg curls 4 sets of 10
Squats AGAIN
315(2) 365(2) 405(2) 415(2) 405(3)
then hit leg extensions
Overall good pump, I know I need to do higher reps for legs, from now on, but my split is funny with work, and interning this week and class, 58 hour work week, so today was the only day that worked, and my back was a little shot from deadlifting the other day. 60 pull ups in 7 sets, all super slow and controlled
Barbell Rows with 25lbplates for Full stretch all the way bent over-145,195,215,215,195(10 reps each set)
Bent over in the corner tbar rows with 25's for ultimate stretch(bent all the way over dead stop style) 6 25's for 2 sets of 10 7 25's 2 sets of 8

Close Grip pulldown 4 sets of 8 with 175 now swing 2 second squeeze at the bottom
7 inch deficit deads-405,455,505,505, 455, 475(2 reps)
Reeves deads off 4 inch deficits 345(10 reps) 2 sets ss with Wide Grip Pull ups
Finished with one arm cable rows
Overall great pump took the nitrix 30 mins pre workout liken normal 6 pills.
aromavex I am taking 2 servings of 2 twice a day once in the morning once with the nitrix 30 mins pre workout!

CHEST PUMP
so today again same dosing going to switch it up next monday
Dosing 6 nitrix 30 min pre workout with 2 aromavex and normal pre workout vitargo with other goodies
Incline Barbell Bench-185(15) 205(10)x2 225(8) 235(8)-overall high reps pre exhausted my chest like crazy
Incline (20degree) cable flies- 3 sets of 12
Machine Peck DEck 4 sets of 12
Pump was real good at this point switching the workout def helped out
2 sets of Guillotine presses 135(8) Pause on neck-so dangerous had a spotter but so effective IMO
3 sets of INcline HAmmer Strenght Press with a plate and 25 for 12 reps all slow negative and hold at bottom before stopper for 2 seconds
Overall great pump great workoutTrying to improve day in and day out.

LEGS
Today was interesting had a Powerlifter teach me how to use the safety bar with handles, the right way, chest up and out and squatting a little wider, along with keeping knees out on the way up a tad. All very new for me, Looks Like even though I have squatted 5 plates for 4 reps in the past I was getting the most out of it, the powerlifter who taught me has a 2000+ 3 lift total and is a 6"2 335 lb monster his name is ed jaskulski.
Anyway on to the workout
Squats(super upright very slow and controlled-NEW TO Me back up straight, chest out)
315(7)365(7)385(7)295(7)405(5)430(2) Glutes were shot after this
Saftey bar squats(bar is 60lbs)245(8)295(6)340(6)x2 sets 295(5)245(6)250(4) last set was pause at the bottom
Today was a squattapalooza
Wait there is more
Leg Extension SS with seated Leg curls
LE-135,160,170,185(12)
SLC-110,130,145,150(12)
Then did some constant tension stiff leg deadlifts no lockout never took tension of the muscle 4 sets of 10
Then hit some adductor Supersetted with standing leg curls
Overall today was a hard workout, I haven't been this shot in a while but had good energy and did not want to leave the gym !Trying to improve day in and day out.

killer shoulder workout
Today had an insane workout
Dumbell shoulder Press- 95,100,105,95{5) slow controlled reps
HARD AS HELL
another goodie
Then hit some front barbell raises
dumbell shrugs 4 sets of 12 no straps
Barbell shrugs 4 sets of 12 power reps explosive on the way up slow on the way down
seated barbell shrugs 3 sets of 20
Overall nutty workout insane pumpTrying to improve day in and day out.
