- no fascial aesthetics
- no physique
- low energy level
- low confidence
Well anyone can argue with me and say "you can have high energy level or confidence without being under 12% bf" No, you cant. Once you hit the 12% mark, life gets easy, just like how pretty girls have it easy in life. So Do me a favor and aim for atleast 10% bf, because you wont regret it. You will get respect, people will listen to you and above all, youll look fit. Do it. And Im not making this up. I am sure someone with below 12% bf can come and add few more points.

OP is right. But I've had 2 major knee surgeries in the last and an elbow surgery. But I'm about to start and get on that lean time.

**** you bro i am bulking
The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. (Henry Rollins)
