Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Hi hockey
You make a fair comment, however consider that i was coming off a 12 week cut and nearly fully carb depleted. I would put at least half of my weight gain down to water weight gain from increased glycogen stores and more food sitting in my GI tract.
Waist size has actually gone down since stopping my cut...
Peace

that is a good point you make man, i dont admit this often, but your right. As long as you dont excpect to gain that much weight every month?! But yes the progress is noticable! minimal, but in 4 weeks minimal progress is great!

my honest suggestion, shoot for about 2 pounds a month, this will be 12 pounds a year, but out of that 12 pounds a solid amount will be muscle! i did a cut just liek you then went back to bulking with way to much "clean" food, and got fat again

Totally, aiming about 0.5lb a week. Gonna keep going until waist hits 34 inches then diet back down (currently ~31.5")

Thanks!
Yea i'm a big believer in keeping things as objective as possible. I think it's easy to (even uninentionally) make your gains look better by not taking full body shots, or by being inconsistent with lighting etc. I use my cheap dslr, tripod, and a little remote to take the pics myself. Usually take 3-4 of the same pose and pick the best pose out of the lot (my posing is still really inconsistent).
I enjoy the easy process of stitching together my progress pics side by side so i can see exactly what needs work etc.
I'm still experimenting with optimal time of day/lighting though. It is hard to find the balance between nice lighting and harsh shadows.
