Okay so I was supposed to do a full body workout today as my day 4.
My workout schedule involves these days;
Monday: Legs/Abs
Tuesday Chest/Back
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Arms/Shoulders
Friday: Legs/Chest/Back/Abs
Sat: Off
Sun: Off
It got a little messed up before and last week actually went like this;
Monday: Chest/Back
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Legs/Abs
Thursday: Arms/Shoulders
Friday: Off
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
It's tough to decide what to do because I try to revolve my workouts around my classes which involve working out too. For classes I have to do;
Monday: Core training
Tuesday: Weight Training
Wednesday: Core training
Thursday: Weight Training
Friday: Core training
Should I skip this weeks full body workout and resume working out Monday or?

Same issue here i live in CT, i havent been able to get a workout in since thursday and most likely wont be able to get to the gym until at least monday. Im just taking this time to deload since its hard for me to stay out of the gym. Skipping one workout will be alright, just get back on track come monday!

Yeah it was pretty insane, 40 inches of snow..i couldn't even see my car it was buried
Ehh, dont stress it too much, its actually a good thing every few months to either drop the weight/intensity for about a week or to take a week off all together. I have a hard time doing it but since no roads are plowed and i cant leave my street now is a good time
