Back on September 10, 2012, I took a picture where I weighted 220.0 Lbs. This morning I weighted at 219.6 Lbs, so not much difference, but my body seems different than before picture.
Now, don't think that it took me 5 months to lose 0.4 Lbs. I actually went all the way down to 206.0 Lbs, I went to a cruise, holidays came in, started gaining weight, but I decided to do it because my lifts were getting very light. I was at 225.0 two weeks ago, and I'm lifting heavy now.
I'd like to get some estimation on my body fat.
Now the left picture was taken on Sept 2012, right picture this morning. I am flexing a little bit, so estimation could not be accurate, but just a close idea as to where I am.
Thanks everyone. I assumed just a bit different, which I dont mind. I know I'm at 20% or so. If I lose 20 pounds then I'd be at 200, hopefully mostly fat if I lift really heavy and get my minimum protein intake and of course caloric deficit.
I want to do it in the next 13 weeks.
200 Lbs around 10-11%, and then bulk and keep low bodyfat..
Your skin looks a lot better in the right pic (your nipples are higher; almost on the pecs) and the pockets of skin/fat under your pecs have gone down. Also, you have better separation in your arms.
Looking good, man.
Started 2012 at over 410lbs (that was as high as my scale went) and I ended the year at 260lbs.
Still going strong while eating whatever I want - whenever I want; I just keep it to under 2000 calories a day.

Thank you very much for the detailed observation!. I saw that as well, but of course I wanted another set of eyes to point it, if possible.
I am just going to lift heavy and try to lose as much fat as I can. I really don't want to lose strength.
