hi
so i started working out 6 months ago
starting stats:
127 pounds weight
bench press 88 pounds for 7 reps
squat about 100 pounds
can't dedlift cause of back problems
now:
143 pounds
bench press 120 pounds for ~5 reps
squat same as above,can't do more cause it hurts my lower back
leg press 143
my legs and my chest are too close(lift wise) together
very disproportional,i wanna fix that
