meh, tbh yesterday was ok now that i think of it. the reason why it was bad because i was feeling weak asf, was down 2 reps on everything basically.. but i did get an amazing chest contraction and toasted my tris. How u been baby?

da fuk?? your workouts are easy then you must be pressing 50 lb dumbbells, increase weight/intensity/volume or all 3.
