Best biceps in bodybuilding...Markus Ruhl?

I never hear people talk about Ruhl in the arms or biceps discussions, but he has some of the best bi's EVER

is bigger is better you could hand Markus the sandow, however, this is not the case, I'd have to say levrone, heath or coleman.

Levrone?? He had thick arms with amazing Triceps but overall his bi's didnt have much shape to them they were just really thick.

Yes! I forgot about Kai. His remind me of Ronnie's. They look amazing from the rear as well which I love.

Yea Kai from the rear has an amazing looking arm, I dont really like teh way it looks from the front though. Odd.

Did you see the pic of Kai in Australia hitting that same pose (standing though)? He's in a gym with Freeman and Silvio.

There's more oil in Ruhls bi's than Flex had in his whole body. Hardly the best. If you want to talk best biceps in bodybuilding it's gotta go to Coleman or a very close second Arnold.

Why the **** would Markus inject oil into his biceps when he himself admits his arms are way out of proportion?

It would make more sense for him to put some oil into his triceps.

so your saying ruhl injects oil into his biceps whihc grow like a weed and which have been a strong point from the start like his delts but not in his triceps which wont grow for **** and he has to train them twice as much as other bodyparts just to keep the size they are? what next ronnie back width was oil?
